Oh my goodness Ayla was the cutest, well behaved three year old I think I’ve ever photographed!! She listened to everything I said, and was completely adorable while doing it all!  I work with Ayla’s mom, and coincidentally also went to high school with her dad (its such a small world!!) — I was even able to convince them both to be in some family photos.  They coordinated so well and looked fabulous of course!  Enjoy some highlights from Miss Ayla’s session, I had a hard time choosing my favorites from this one!

i love photographing kids, especially toddler girls from above… looking at their beautiful eyelashes, and how their hair falls on their face and shoulders – it pretty much makes me melt!!!

i love incorporating a special lovie into children’s pictures – it helps us remember this time when our kids are so little – and what was important to them!  meet aylas friend, “owl”

i loved everything about this session – from beautiful ayla, to the amazing light at the crossings.  amazing what some pretty sunlight on a summer evening can do to a plain field at a park.  thanks ayla for being such a delight – i look forward to photographing you and mr owl again someday!!!! 🙂
