From the first time I spoke with Adri on the phone I knew we were going to have a fun time in our sessions together.  Everything she hoped for in a session was everything that I love in portrait sessions.  The in between moments, the moments of real laughter, raw emotion… everything I strive to capture for all my clients are what she envisioned for her family.  Expect to see a lot more of this beautiful family as their next little lady should be joining them within the next few weeks!!!

Big sister Ava gave me some of my favorite expressions in our session together… theres just something about a serious-faced toddler that makes me melt.  At some points she wanted to play more with me than take photographs – which also made me melt a little bit more!!! I can’t wait to see her as a big sister… I think after the initial surprise she is going to jump into that role as little mama pretty quickly 😉

Adri and Carlos were willing to do anything to get Ava to crack some smiles – including pretending to twirl and catching her while running – all of which made for some pretty perfect images in my mind!  Not only are they a simply stunning family – but they also kept me laughing the entire time!!! Another perfect night at Wildhaven is in the books – it made me super excited for the upcoming sunset sessions I have scheduled… some even at some new locations!!
